WNBA insider predicts Caitlin Clark’s stats to drop-off due to DeWanna Bonner & Natasha Howard’s additions

Last season, Ketlin Clark collected one of the best rising campaigns in WNBA history. While preparing for her campaign in the second year, one of the main factors can lead to a slight decrease in production from the star guard.
With a star in the list, Indiana’s fever has not lost any time to improve the talent crew here. The front office brought a set of new faces, the most prominent of which is the veterans such as Diwana Bonner and Natasha Howard.
Bring all the previous stars with the championship experience to help the young team run the corner. However, one of the interior believes that it can affect caitlin claark as well. With more mouths to feed on a night basis, Kevin Bilton believes that the number of fever star may decrease in 2025.
Because the fever added two threats to registration in Boner (15.0 PPG last season) and Huard (17.6 PPG) to the beginning of the five, in addition to the sixth woman Sophie Knngham (8.4 PPG in 2024, but there is a need for a decrease in the number of numbers in previous seasons).
In its first season in WNBA, the average Caitlin Clark reached 19.2 points, 5.7 rebounds and 8.4 decisive pass through 40 games.
Caitlin Clark is now the favorite betting to win Wnba MVP
While some believe that the new additions in Indiana may hinder Caitlin Clark, others believe that it can push them to stardom. It only heads to its second season, and it is already in the MVP discussion.
Clark got some MVP for the MVP last year, but it never seemed realistic that it would jump from the other senior candidates as a thunderbolt. This is not the case in the days leading up to the official start of the 2025 campaign. Clark is currently the favorite betting of taking MVP home, overlooking players like AJA Wilson and Naphesa Collier.
Based on how she looks at the last season, Caitlin Clark should be in this mix to start the year. She had a full recovery season, which means that she would be recharged and ready to hit the ground. Also, only new fever additions should be enhanced.
Even if its recording takes a slight retreat, the presence of the best weapons around it should only highlight the Clark game to play more. She led the league in help last year, and it could be a dual average in her second campaign.
Wilson and Coleer are two talents of the two stars in Prime their career, and they are sure they are in the MVP mix throughout the season. However, if Clark maintains its current production and climbs Indiana, the first first choice will receive the strong issue of the award.
