Woman Arrested After Attacking San Francisco Restaurant Workers in Viral Video
Authorities have filed criminal charges against an unruly woman who was caught on camera attacking employees at a San Francisco restaurant in a video that has since gone viral. Us Weekly I’ve learned.
Police did not specify an age Sherine my thoughtsbut they formally charged the woman with public intoxication over an incident that occurred inside and outside Hazie’s American Restaurant on Hayes Street on Saturday, December 13, according to police.
The beginning of the three-minute TikTok footage seemed to show my thoughts and a man named Christian Amid a heated discussion with the restaurant workers. The video never made clear what they were arguing about, but the conversation quickly turned into bad language, with obscenities being shouted. Soon, my thoughts appeared to hit the camera of the man filming them.
The action then moved to Afkari and Christian clashing with some of Hazie’s employees. Then, suddenly, one of the workers grabbed my thoughts and lifted them off the ground before slamming them onto the ground. My thoughts, who seemed unfazed, got back to their feet and once again began attacking Hazie’s workers.
Other patrons applauded as the woman was forced onto the sidewalk.

The following footage showed a group of people wrestling with Khakari, who appeared to refuse orders to let down one of the restaurant workers’ hair. Eventually, she loosened her grip, and the worker quickly retreated to Hazi’s house. My thoughts somehow wandered to a group of men who were trying to restrain her and started running towards the worker.

She appeared to claim that the worker had taken her phone. In the footage, the long-haired victim appeared throwing her phone directly across the street. As she was heading towards him, the victim tripped over her and fell on her face. Afkari immediately starts crying in the footage, then starts yelling at Christian from the sidewalk, telling him to defend her.
The video cuts off when Christian appears to start approaching the restaurant workers.
The woman stumbled and hit the pavement hard.

Police said officers arrived to find Afkari already outside Hazy’s home.
“Officers developed probable cause to arrest the woman for public intoxication,” San Francisco Police Cpl Robert Ruica He told the station. “The suspect was transported to the county jail where she was booked for public intoxication.”
It was not clear why Afkari was not charged with assault, given what was captured in the footage. Police said they are continuing to investigate the situation.
Based on publicly available information, Christian does not face criminal charges.
Us Weekly He was unable to reach Afkari for comment on Wednesday. Hazie’s did not respond to voicemail messages seeking comment.
