World Aquatics Championships 2025 Results: Katie Ledecky claims record 22nd gold, Kaylee McKeown defeats Regan Smith once again
The third day of the 2025 World Water Games championship was held in Singapore, with some of the best swimmers in the world dominating their events again. American swimmer Katie Ledky added to her impressive medals by winning gold in the 1500 -meter freestyle for women, while Kylie McChyun from Australia won 100 meters for women in record time in the 57.16 championship, and defeated Reagan Smith, which ended behind in the second.
This was the second time that Mckeown Smith came out, the last time to come in Paris 2024, where Smith was defeated in the 100 -meter women’s race.
In the 200 -meter free race for men, David Popovichi of Romania won the gold medal with a time of 1: 43.53, with Luke Hobson (USA) and Tatsuia Morrasa (Japan) in the second and third, respectively.
