Even with a father worth $300 million, there’s nothing better than homemade magic. That’s exactly what Yaya Mayweather created when her son KJ asked for a homemade cake for his fifth birthday. On her Instagram Stories, she revealed that her little boy wants to bake dessert at midnight. Mama Mayweather has achieved it! One video shows KJ’s hands cracking an egg into the mix. R. Kelly’s song “It’s Your Birthday” plays over the sweet clip. Another video shows KJ smiling at the kitchen island, while his loved ones, including Yaya Mayweather, circle around him to sing “Happy Birthday” to him. This clip, like the egg-cracking clip, has no audio because Yaya added Anita Baker’s song “You Bring Me Joy” to it. It shows KJ blowing out his fifth birthday candle while wearing a Spider-Man t-shirt. The cake he and his mother baked was rectangular in shape and covered with a layer of cream that was half white and half light red. Watch the two beautiful clips below.

Mother Mayweather is giving the young father a blast

Yaya Mayweather’s special birthday moment with KJ came after her appearance on NBA YoungBoy. Although she did not name her ex, she took to X with several posts about nepotism and her son’s hurt feelings.

In one post, she wrote in itsOnsite! “Nepotism is crazy.” She added in another, “I’ve never heard of someone going to the same state as their child and not seeing them.” A third post, apparently in response to another X user, said: “No, I hurt my son’s feelings, it’s not anyone’s business about my child.” Since the apparent shade tweet towards NBA YoungBoy, Yaya has apparently deactivated her X account.

There are no additional details available at this time about the co-parenting agreements between Yaya and NBA YoungBoy. And last month, she thanked him on the same stage for surprising Kentrell Jr. with a puppy for Christmas.

Grandma Melissa shares a birthday dump for KJ

While Yaya Mayweather was handling birthday cake duties, grandma Melicia jumped online to shower him with the same loving energy. On Instagram, she wrote a sweet caption along with three studio photos of Kentrell Jr.
