Zeldin proposed plans to scrap Obama-era endangerment finding declaration

The Director of the Environmental Protection Agency, Lee Zilden, revealed plans on Tuesday to cancel the announcement of the finding of Obama’s reign, which is the legal basis for a set of climate regulations caused by the clean air law.

This law reduces air pollutants emissions from sources, including chemical plants, facilities and steel mills.

As a result, Zilden’s proposal will eliminate the discovery of exposure to 2009, which confirms that greenhouse gases such as carbon and methane threaten public health.

“With this proposal, Trump suggests that the Environmental Protection Agency ends sixteen years of uncertainty for American auto and consumers,” Zeldeen said in a statement on Tuesday. “In our work so far, many stakeholders told me that Obama and Biden are the law, and they ignored a precedent, and they ignored the flag to achieve their favorite ends and to crot up their American families with hundreds of billions of dollars in hidden taxes every year.”

Zeldin first announced plans to back down from the list during an interview with the “cruel” podcast that was broadcast on Tuesday, describing this step as “a dagger in the heart of the religion of climate change.”

In addition, Zeldin said that the proposed change will provide the Americans more than $ 54 billion annually by limiting regulations such as the authorization of the former president of electric vehicles, Joe Biden.

“Many people listen there, they may not know what to be discovered at risk. If you ask the Democrats in congress to describe what it is, the left will say that this means that carbon dioxide is contaminated, the carbon dioxide represents an exposure to human health. They may say that methane is contaminated, methane is a interest in the interest of human health,” Zildin said in podast.

“This is exaggerated, I would like to say an inaccurate way to describe it,” Zildin said. “The Obama administration said that carbon dioxide, when mixed with a group of other gases mixed well, greenhouse gases, is that it contributes to climate change. How they do not say … they say that climate change suffers from human health, so because of these different mental leaps … then all kinds of vehicle regulations used.”

However, it will take some time before the result is officially canceled, as it must be subject to several obstacles, including the general suspension period. Likewise, the proposal is expected to face legal challenges from environmental groups.

The Environmental Defense Fund, a non -profit organization dedicated to environmental issues, has warned that the cancellation of the discovery of Obama will lead to serious consequences.

“These procedures may lead to a predictable result – if there are no coercive limits to pollution, you will get more of them, which makes life more expensive and more dangerous,” said Farid Krup, head of the Environmental Defense Fund in a statement on Tuesday. “The risks cannot be higher for Americans.”
