ZeniMax union votes to authorize a strike

Members of the Zenimax United workers, a federation of more than 300 quality assurance workers in Texas and Maryland, have voted to vote the strike.

The vote, which has been approved by more than 94 percent in favor of delegation, does not mean a strike like SAG-Aftra members in the vocal actors’ strike. But if the negotiations collapsed, the Zenimax Union now has permission to contact the strike.

This mandate comes with the continuation of contract negotiations between the union members and the Microsoft Mother Company until the second year.

The strike license is the latest escalation between the Union and the administration. Last year, Zenimax United workers participated in a one -day strike on the pretext that Microsoft did not address the employee sufficiently concerned about her return to office policies and external sources of use. These concerns have emerged again in negotiations, along with the best salaries and benefits.
