Illegal alien from Senegal charged with attempted assault on ICE officials

An illegal foreign charge of Senegal was charged with attacking immigration and customs officers (ICE) and other detainees with a fatal or dangerous weapon.

The Ministry of Internal Security (DHS) announced the charges against Bass Ndiaye in a statement issued on Thursday.

According to the statement, Ndiaye was arrested on July 17 and transferred to a federal migration building in New York City for treatment.

While waiting for treatment, it was claimed that NDIAYE grabbed a pair of scissors and tried to stab ice officers and about ten other detainees. His weapon was quickly removed and subjected to ice officials.

The statement said that NDIAYE is in the country as a result of management policies and the release of the Biden administration. He was arrested on the southern border by the federal authorities in October 2023, but was released in the interior.

He is now facing one mission to attack an officer from the United States using a deadly or dangerous weapon. The charges have been announced by the American lawyer for the southern region of New York Jay Clayton.

This comes at a time when ICE officers are facing an increase of more than 800 % in the attacks compared to the previous year, according to the Article of the Ministry of National Security.

The agency blamed Democrats and the main media for increasing attacks on ice officers, saying that “their fake lies and stories” continue to raise hatred and violence.

The agency referred to the Democrats in congress, which it said was arrested “Doxxing and even physical assault” on ICE officials.

McLeulin has already strongly condemned the politicians who were criticizing ICE operations, saying that Ice officials “risk their lives every day to maintain the safest of our societies from the worst criminals.”
