Republican Congressman John James announces run for Michigan governor
Another leader and military warrior named in the growing list of candidates in the Michigan Governor’s race to replace the governor of the state limited.
On Monday, Republican MP John James, Trump’s ally, announced that he would launch his offer to the position of ruler, to become the latest candidate for the Republican Party to jump in the preliminary elections.

James has now joined the Republican Leader of the Senate Arik Nesbit as the most recent major Republican jumping to the ruler’s preliminary elections, according to The Hill. At the same time, among the candidates for the race for democratic democracy is the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Michigan Goslin Benson and Sharif County Chris Swanson, while the mayor of Detroit Mike Dogan works as an independent.

“Faith and the family. God and the country. Service is before the self. Michigan first,” James published the advertisement.
James stated that “our giving birth to sufficiently” she said and says she is attached to “the lack of strong and specialized leadership.”
“Over the past seven years, Michigan has taken control of radical policies outside the touch that have harmed our captivity, societies and economy,” James explained about the reasons for running for the ruler.
James said that the state has lost more than 300,000 manufacturing jobs since the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), which was equivalent to nearly a third of its industrial base, saying, “This is unacceptable.”
James wrote: “It is time to remove the Michigan government from Fantastyland and return to sound instinct.”
“Trump’s president and I have been in the corner of each other through thick and slave for eight years-not ending now. He plays his role to make America great again, and I will do for me to restore prosperity and mind to Michigan,” James pledged.

James was first elected in Congress in 2022, becoming the first black Republican member in Michigan in Congress, and represents the tenth congress area in the state.
James will also become the first black ruler of Michigan if elected.

“Make Michigan Wonderful again,” James wrote in a former post on X, sharing a video of Rapid Response 47 about Flin, Mi.
James served eight years of military service in active service as a qualified flight officer from the guard, according to his biography on the province’s site.
Zak Bannon, a spokesman for the National Republican Republican Committee, said James’s announcement is good news for Republicans to continue to grow in Congress.

“Republicans are in a good position to hold the tenth Congress region in Michigan and we keep and grow our majority in Congress. Michiganders rejected the Democratic Democrats agenda in 2024, and they will do so again in 2026,” Bannon participated in a statement.
Bannon noted that President Trump and MP James won in the tenth Michigan region by more than 6 % in 2024.
